We want to reduce "disposable" as much as possible in order to consider the environment.From July 2023, We decided to stopped furnishing free amenities made from plastic.
Please bring your own amenities as much as possible.

Is it possible to change the number of people after making reservation?
The number of people can be changed until the day of staying. Changes after payment is completed will be settled on the staying day. When the number of rooms increases, an additional fee will be charged.

How do I check in?
Please complete check-in procedures at Hotel Pacific Kanazawa between 15:00 to 23:00. Our staff inform you recommended sightseeing spots and restaurants and more.
Is it possible to check my luggage before check-in?
Yes, we can look after your luggage.
Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew, but the entrance door is locked from 23:00 to 7:00 in the morning. You can use entrance key, so you can enter and go out freely.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. We do not extend the time unless there is a special circumstance. After 11:00 a.m., housekeeping staff will enter your rooms so please be sure on time.
Can we sleep with our children in the same beds?
Children under 6 years old can sleep in the same beds, but no additional amenities. Children over the age of 7 are charged the same as adult.
When staying for consecutive nights, will our room be cleaned by housekeeping staff?
If you are staying with us for more than 3 nights, we will clean your room. If you do not need to clean your room, please tell us.
Do you have pajamas?
We have original pajamas for the number of people.

Is smoking area available?
In order to prevent disasters and damages, the facilities are completely non-smoking. An ashtray is available at the hotel entrance.

Is there a continence store or a supermarket near the hotel.
There is a convenience store a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The Omicho market known as “the Kitchen of Kanazawa” can be reached in about 1 minute on foot.
Can I walk to Higashi Chaya District, 21st Century Museum of Art or Kenrokuen Garden?
Higashi Chaya district is a 14-minute walk, the 21st Century Museum is an 18-minute walk, and Kenrokuen is a 15-minute walk.
